Preparation

40 min
  1. Start by peeling and grating your cassava; since cassava contains a lot of water, you should obtain a kind of paste, which I invite you to press between your hands, or in a clean cloth, in order to extract the excess water.
  2. Now to the bananas! They need to be pounded, or failing that blended, until you obtain a paste.
  3. Now combine the two pastes, incorporating the salt, until the mixture is well blended; and regarding the texture, you should be able to dip a spoon into it and pull it out without the paste sticking or running.
  4. Heat the frying oil, form your cassava fritters with the help of one or two spoons, then drop them into the oil.
  5. Drain, and your cassava fritters are ready! Serve them hot with a bit of chili. Enjoy!!
