Preparation

25 min
  1. Sift your corn flour. Heat the water in a pot with the salt.
  2. When the water boils, sprinkle in the corn flour while stirring with a wooden spoon.
  3. Let it all thicken over low heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. When the preparation has the consistency of a thick porridge, reduce the heat and stir until you obtain a dough that easily comes away from the pot.
  5. As with cassava fufu, using a bowl dipped in cold water, form balls and set them aside. You can serve your corn foufou with vegetables or a tomato sauce.
