Terms of sale

1.Ordering

You need a Daicipes account to order. Add products to your cart, then enter your contact details and delivery address at checkout. A summary (products, quantities, delivery fee, total) is shown before you confirm.

Once recorded, your order appears in My orders, where you can follow its status. Products are offered while stocks last.

2.Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included. Delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm your order. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

3.Delivery

We currently deliver in Yaoundé and Douala.

• Delivery fee: 1 000 FCFA per order.
• Free delivery from 25 000 FCFA of purchases.
• The delivery time is communicated when your order is confirmed. Please remain reachable on the phone number you provided.

On receipt, check the condition of the products in the presence of the courier and report any problem to us right away.

4.Payment

Two payment methods are available:

• Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money), through our secure payment provider ElgioPay: you approve the payment on your phone. Daicipes never receives or stores your PIN.
• Cash on delivery: you pay the full amount to the courier on receipt.

An order paid by Mobile Money is considered paid as soon as ElgioPay confirms the payment.

5.Cancellation and refunds

• An unpaid order can be cancelled online from My orders as long as it has not been shipped.
• An order that is already paid cannot be cancelled online: contact our customer service, who will cancel it and refund the Mobile Money account used.

6.Complaints

Missing, damaged or incorrect product? Contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will offer a suitable solution (replacement, credit or refund).
