    Use about 10 carrots.

    Peel the carrots. Pass the carrots through the juicer. You then obtain a nice fresh carrot juice, to be drunk quickly for the maximum active ingredients and for maximum effectiveness! Note: you can complement the carrot juice, if you don't like the taste, with the juice of an orange or a lemon, also freshly pressed. Freshly pressed carrot juice, thanks to beta-carotene (an active ingredient contained in carrots), helps to prepare the skin for sun exposure. Carrot juice will give you a nice complexion and prepare you from the inside for sun exposure. However, as usual, you should apply sunscreen before exposure. Let us also note the beneficial role of carrot juice on the intestines and the liver. Drink a freshly pressed carrot juice every day for the 3 weeks before your sun exposure (for example a seaside holiday), and you will have a nicer complexion at the end of your holiday!
