    Rinse your guavas in cold water.

    Remove the stems and cut them into quarters. Blend the quarters with the skin, adding a little water, until reduced to a puree. Strain the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds and large pieces (which you can re-blend if you wish). Add water to the puree while whisking until you reach the desired consistency. Sweeten to taste and keep chilled, then serve.
