    Clean your fish well, in clean water.

    Place your fish in a saucepan, having first put a banana leaf at the bottom of the pot, then sprinkle it with salt and add the chilies, crushed beforehand.

    Add a little water and turn on the heat.

    Cut your lemons and generously drizzle the fish with the juice, cover again with a banana leaf, and let simmer for about 15 minutes.

    It's ready!! Serve the ebandjea hot, accompanied as you like with foufou, or miondo, or even more simply with rice.
