    Wash the Foss thoroughly in plenty of water.

    Pierce them to release the liquid inside (do not throw away the liquid).

    Cut the tomato, the onion and the messep leaves over the top.

    Salt and pepper.

    Cook the Foss over medium heat for 10 minutes while stirring.

    Tap on top from time to time to release as much oil as possible, check the seasoning and let simmer 15 minutes until the water has evaporated.
