    Put the caterpillars in hot water to rid them of their fine hairs.

    Salt them and clean them several times, changing the water (wear gloves).

    Drain and add the lemon juice.

    Put water in a pot and add the odzom, messep and hisim leaves.

    Add the tomato and the caterpillars, season with pepper and salt, and stir.

    Add the chili pepper.

    Put on the heat and cook for 30 minutes.

    Add the oil at the end of cooking.
