    Cut the chicken into the desired pieces.

    Wash it properly and put it in a pot.

    Add the water and bring to a boil.

    Add the chopped onion.

    Pepper and add the diced tomatoes.

    Salt and add the sliced garlic and bell pepper.

    Add the oil and stir.

    Let everything cook until the water disappears and only the chicken and oil remain.

    Rinse the njama njama leaves in water to remove any residue.

    Drain and place them in the pot.

    Salt and put on the heat for 10 minutes at most, turning the leaves in the pot, then drain.

    Heat the oil in a pot and add the chopped onions, then fry them for 2 minutes while stirring.

    Add diced tomatoes and salt.

    Mix everything and stir for 10 minutes until the acidity disappears.
