    Prepare your meat and cook it in a large volume of salted water.

    Add half of the chopped onions and the bay leaf. Let it cook for 1 hour over medium heat.

    Meanwhile, crush the tomatoes and the rest of the onions.

    When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pot and set the cooking liquid aside.

    Sauté the meat in a pot with 4 tablespoons of peanut oil.

    When the meat is browned, add the crushed tomato and cook for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix the peanut paste with the meat cooking liquid until you get a creamy consistency.
