    Peel the cassava and grate it finely.

    Add the red palm oil and the salt, and mix well.

    Then crumble your peanut paste into the cassava mixture.

    Prepare your wrapping leaves. Put a fairly large pot on the heat and place a steamer basket or an upturned plate at the bottom of the pot.

    Form sausage shapes with the paste. Tie the leaves around the rolls without tightening. Bring the water to a boil.

    Place the cassava loaves on the steamer basket or on the plate. Cook for 45 minutes over low heat without contact with the water.

    If necessary, add more water. At the end of cooking, you can grill your loaves for 15 minutes in the oven.
