    Pour the sugar and the sesame seeds into a pan and place over high heat. If you don't have a scale, it's simple: a small glass of each of the two ingredients!

    Stir the sugar with the seeds constantly; it will start by forming small clumps at first and then the sugar will melt.

    As soon as the sugar is completely melted, pour the preparation onto a sheet of parchment paper. Don't burn yourself, it's caramel!! So not next to a small child...

    With oil, grease the blade of a large knife and, while the caramel is still warm, cut strips about 2 cm wide and then squares. Let cool.
