    Put into a mixing bowl in this order: one pot of plain yogurt, the flour, the sugar and the vanilla sugar, then mix.

    Add the 3 eggs and mix.

    Add the oil, mix, then add the packet of baking powder.

    Mix again; the batter should be smooth.

    Butter a tin and pour in the batter.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6), checking regularly. Author's note: you can add chocolate chips to your batter that melt during baking. To check whether the cake is done, insert a knife; it should come out clean.
