    prepare your cake batter in a mixing bowl: pour in the yogurt, caster sugar, flour, vegetable oil, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt,

    Then mix vigorously with a spoon until the mixture is smooth.

    Finally fold in the cocoa powder, stirring well to avoid lumps.

    Pour the batter into a brownie tin (a square or rectangular oven dish) generously buttered to make unmoulding easier,

    Bake for about 35 minutes, until the tip of a knife comes out barely moist (for a very moist cake) or completely dry (for a more well-baked cake).
