    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk, starting with the crème fraîche and the condensed milk.

    Then add the fermented milk and the sugar. Depending on the desired consistency and acidity, you can add water and possibly a little more sugar. Chill for at least one hour. Serve very cold. You can flavor your kossam with vanilla sugar, ginger, rum, etc.

    If you don't have fermented milk or don't want to buy any, make it yourself by mixing 250 ml of whole milk with 1 tsp of lemon juice or white vinegar. You can enjoy your kossam with a spoon or through a straw like a drinkable yogurt.
