    Add a little water to the liquid as you see fit, to make it a bit more fluid if needed: Keep in mind that this is a nectar and not a juice, so add water according to what you want: mango juice or nectar. The crushed mango gives a cream rather than a juice, so it must be diluted before straining through a sieve (using a spoon). Note: Pour into a carafe with added lemon juice and sugar (to taste).
