    Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces. Wash your chicken pieces with vinegar and salt. Rinse well in cold water and set aside.

    Crush all the seasonings with a grinding stone or in a blender and divide the smooth mixture into two parts (one to marinate the chicken and the other to make the sauce).

    Marinate the cut chicken pieces with the previously blended mixture, the lemon juice and the oil, then refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Clean the grill and barbecue, light the coals and coat the grill with oil.

    Make a fire with charcoal and oil the grill rack, let it heat for a moment and place the chicken pieces on it. Grill the chicken pieces, turning them from time to time, until the chicken is well cooked and golden.
