Preparation
40 min- Start by peeling and grating your cassava; since cassava contains a lot of water, you should obtain a kind of paste, which I invite you to press between your hands, or in a clean cloth, in order to extract the excess water.
- Now to the bananas! They need to be pounded, or failing that blended, until you obtain a paste.
- Now combine the two pastes, incorporating the salt, until the mixture is well blended; and regarding the texture, you should be able to dip a spoon into it and pull it out without the paste sticking or running.
- Heat the frying oil, form your cassava fritters with the help of one or two spoons, then drop them into the oil.
- Drain, and your cassava fritters are ready! Serve them hot with a bit of chili. Enjoy!!
