    In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk, starting with the fresh cream and the condensed milk.

    Then add the fermented milk and the sugar. Depending on the consistency and acidity you want, you can add water and possibly a little more sugar.

    Chill for at least one hour. Serve very cold. You can flavour your kossam with vanilla sugar, ginger, rum, etc.

    If you do not have fermented milk or do not want to buy any, make it yourself by mixing 250 ml of whole milk with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white vinegar.
