Ingredients: 250 g flour; 2/3 packet of baking powder; 3 eggs; 2 large glasses of milk; 3 tablespoons melted butter; 3 tablespoons sugar; mix the dry ingredients, add the eggs then gently the milk and finally the melted butter.; let it rest for a few minutes; butter a pancake pan (less than about 12/13 cm in diameter) and heat over low heat; pour in a little less than a centimeter of batter; flip when the edge of the pancakes starts to be cooked; add a tiny bit of butter every 3/4 pancakes and spread it
